Please join the USGBC North Texas for a tour and complimentary happy hour as we award and celebrate a LEED Certification plaque for 1900 Pacific Residences.

The Owner and Developer John Kirtland will be on hand to host the tour and happy hour. Hear first hand how he navigated the complexities of a tight new construction schedule for the adaptive re-use of two historical buildings in the Downtown Dallas business core. Kirtland's vision required an energy efficient and low energy operating cost approach to achieve LEED certification and enhance overall financial performance for a premier multifamily high rise building.
