PACE enables companies to access affordable, long-term financing to address deferred maintenance and implement new water and energy efficiency projects.   These improvements increase net operating income and property value, create jobs in supporting businesses, and benefit entire communities economically and environmentally.   The PACE economic development tool does not use taxpayer dollars.
