What is PACE?
Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) enables commercial property owners to retrofit their facilities with more efficient technologies that will reduce water and/or energy usage, by using a long-term low-cost loan secured with an assessment on the property. This enables 100% financing for energy and water efficiency projects, with no money out of pocket. Please visit the PACE website at www.TexasPACEAuthority.org for additional information.
What is a PACE Service provider training?
The PACE Service Provider Training workshop is a unique opportunity to learn about the PACE financing mechanism and how it can benefit your business or property. Hear an overview of PACE, learn how to market PACE financing, examine the technical requirements that go into a PACE project, and learn how the application process works. The workshop also has an informative PACE Capital Provider Perspectives panel, contains an update on the current ‘PACE in a Box’ market, and includes current case studies.
Who should come?
The workshop is targeted towards engineers and contractors in the energy/water efficiency and clean energy space. The training is open anyone interested in learning about the PACE program in Texas and how it can provide benefits to businesses and property owners.
Topics Include:
All attendees will receive lunch, a binder with application and marketing materials, and a USB drive with all files.
