About the EventIn 2013, El Paso Texas was selected by the Rockefeller Foundation as one of the first of what would be 100 Resilient Cities around the world. Since then, the city has worked with community stakeholders, private sector partners and other public agencies to develop a strategy able to build el Paso's capacity to survive, adapt and thrive in the face of environmental, social and economic challenges in the 21st century. Now, with the help of the 100 Resilient Cities team and the Urban Land Institute, El Paso celebrates 2 years of progress with a full week of activities.
