Instructors Jeslin Varghese & Kayla Gerstenberg will give you the critical information during 10 Things You Should Know about the WELL Building Standard. Explore the key concepts the WELL standard incorporates into it's certification system while learning key factors such as project certification costs and various project types gaining certification with the standard. Analyze available case study information to illustrate how the standard can impact the overall operations of a project.

KAYLA GERSTENBERG, Outreach & Education Director for GBRI & I-Believe, works with our extensive network of instructors, identify subject matter experts from around the world and ensuring GBRI's training is of the highest quality. Kayla is a LEED AP, BD+C and has spent extensive time studying green building rating systems from the United States and abroad. She has contributed as an instructor to over 5 courses to date, highlighting her expertise in the industry. Kayla focuses on emerging educational technologies and modes of delivery for online training in this changing landscape for education. In her free time, Kayla enjoys contributing to non-profit work through I-Believe, traveling and spending time with her daughter, Loralei.
