HISD Update: LEED schools in the 2009 & 2012 bond programs

HISD was a pioneer in Green Schools with a commitment to build all of their schools in the 2009 and 2012 bonds to at least LEED-Silver. Join Kimber White, from the Energy & Sustainability office at HISD, to hear the current status of their LEED schools. Hear the background of why HISD committed to LEED, and the benefits they feel they've achieved because of that decision. Kimber will also present a summary of how Harvey impacted HISD, and what is coming ahead for new construction in HISD.
