The 15th Annual Topping Out Awards Program & Networking Event is coming on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 and the project submission Notice of Intent (NOI) form for the TOP TEN Award and M/WBE Community Impact Award is live! If you are interested in submitting a project for Topping Out, you first must complete a NOI form in order to gain access to the project submission form. Project Entry Qualifications:
Project must be within a 75-mile radius of either Dallas or Fort Worth and must have a minimum of (1) team member with an office in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. New buildings or restorations completed between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017 and/or projects that topped out in 2017 are eligible. Projects may be submitted by anyone who was involved in bringing the project to reality including owner, developer, architect, engineer, contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, etc. regardless of project size, budget, style or building type. One submittal per project represents the entire project team. Two or more companies can jointly submit a project for competition, but must designate one “lead person” to be contacted by the Jury and event organizers. Joint submissions are encouraged as the TOP TEN awards celebrate the building team’s ability to confront tough issues and work together toward a successful project completion.
