About This Event:

Hear from DFW economic development experts, who will update you with economic activity overviews, PACE opportunities and PACE project opportunities in the economic and central hub of North Texas – the 4th largest metropolitan area in the US.

The experts will dissect the sophisticated PACE project capital stacks in case studies to uncover the bene ts of layering PACE with historic tax credits, new market tax credits, opportunity zone investments, and more.

To date over $123.5 million in PACE investment in energy and water saving improvements to commercial and industrial property is creating lower operating expenses, jobs, and lower emissions and is revitalizing vacant and underutilized buildings throughout Texas. Almost half of the TX-PACE investment is in DFW – an area rich with opportunities for redevelopment with long-term, low-cost PACE nancing in the capital stack.

This forum is a unique opportunity to learn about the TX-PACE program and how it can bene t your business and your community.
