About This Event:
Join USGBC Texas, Houston Green Building Resource Center and IFMA Houston Chapter for a virtual tour and panel discussion on the design, construction and operations of Gensler's new, transformational office space at 2 Houston Center.
The design team utilized Gensler's global research concepts to develop the apex of amenity spaces and interior office trends -- from a highly visible maker space and resource library to enhanced technology zones and indoor/outdoor spaces to work, socialize or focus.
The project team's emphasis on sustainability and wellness has also led to the achievement of LEED Gold, with current pursuit of FitWel Certification.
Following the virtual tour, project team members will lead a panel discussion to dive deeper into the design, construction and operations process for the space.
This event offers 1 CEU credit and will be held virtually via Zoom (link provided closer to the event).
