About the Event

Located near the Domain, Q2 Stadium was built with fan comfort and green-building in mind. Here’s how Q2 Stadium is helping achieve “vibrancy through sustainability” — one of the Club’s three community pillars: 

• Increased Capital Metro transit frequency during game days 
• Bike Texas bicycle valet system to encourage active transportation 
• Enhanced trail system and open greenspace around the stadium 
• Energy efficient HVAC system 
• A rooftop solar array on the south concessions roof 
• Enhanced recycling, composting and waste management 
• 16 electric vehicle charging stations onsite 

These features, plus the most mesh seats of any MLS stadium, 200K square-foot shade roof, and an open design to help move wind and dissipate heat, make Q2 Stadium a very comfortable and green experience.
