Regional leadership summit aimed at expanding our LEED for Cities network and deepening engagement with local governments.
USGBC will convene in Dallas, Texas to host a local government leadership summit aimed at expanding our LEED for Cities network and deepening engagement with local governments on a range of green building and sustainable development issues. This half-day event will provide a platform to share the new LEED for Cities & Communities rating system (adopted last summer) and engage local leaders in our organization’s diverse programs.
The target audience will include local government staff including city and county planners, sustainability and resilience teams, building and facility managers, city/county managers, board and commission members, and elected officials; regional government agency staff and appropriate NGOs; and consultants that engage with local governments in the region.
