About the Event:
Join us for a tour of The American Airlines Hospitality Complex, officially known as The Landing at Skyview 6. This project represents the culmination of a multi-year, $1 billion campus development project that unified American Airlines' operations on a single 300-acre site in Fort Worth, Texas.
This $250 million, nine-story, 600 room hospitality complex opened in early 2023 as the final piece of the airline's transformative Robert L. Crandall Campus, serving as a modern training and lodging facility for the company's 130,000 employees worldwide.
The project achieved LEED Gold certification under LEED v4 BD+C: Hospitality through the collaborative efforts of an exceptional team of industry leaders. Pelli Clarke & Partners served as design architect, with HKS as executive architect and LEED Administration, while Gensler provided interior design expertise and the Office of James Burnett handled landscape architecture. Crescent Real Estate Development led the project development, and The Beck Group was responsible for construction delivery.
