Join us to learn more from a regional expert regarding the updates and changes in the most recently adopted energy code.

Mike is Principal of Lackey de Carvajal Cx (LCCx), an Energy Efficiency Engineering firm. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Lackey verifies that complex building systems perform as intended to achieve energy and water efficiency, reduce CO2 emissions and improve indoor air quality. He has an extensive background in the management of commercial, institutional, healthcare and industrial energy related projects, as well as design and construction management of MEP systems.

Mike has served numerous organizations throughout his career including: San Antonio River Authority, San Antonio River Foundation, Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects, IFMA San Antonio Chapter, USGBC, ASHRAE, Building Commissioning Association - Texas Chapter, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Texas Public Radio, SAWS, City Planning Commision, and  the American Institute of Architects, COTE Committee.
