About this Event
As San Antonio's population swells, roadway congestion is increasing. At this luncheon, City planning leaders will offer their visions for how San Antonio is adapting with newer methods of mobility to more conveniently connect travelers to their destinations. The speakers will discuss regional goals and approaches to improve the urban flow.

About the Speakers
Jason Rodriguez, Manager of Strategic Planning, Via Metropolitan Transit
Jason Rodriguez is a senior strategic planner at VIA Metropolitan Transit. He has a bachelors degree in environmental design from Texas A&M University, as well as both a masters of science in architecture and graduate certificate in urban and regional planning from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has worked on transportation planning, capital project development and transit-supportive land use policy development here in San Antonio, coordinating with multiple public and private entities. He is one of the staff leads working on VIA’s 2040 Long Range Plan update in coordination with regional partner

Art Reinhardt, PE, CFM Assistant Director, Transportation & Capital Improvements, City of San Antonio
Art Reinhardt holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He guides environmental management, transportation planning, street, drainage and traffic infrastructure programs within the City. Previously, he served as a Program Manager at AECOM for Bexar County's Flood Control Program and has experience in residential land development including street drainage, stormwater management and sewer design.
