About this Event
Living in a paradigm shift, are we? Clearly, we all know to wash our hands, and we are seeing a number of plex and glass screens at customer service areas.
What do green buildings need to minimize transfer of diseases? Can these germs travel in the HVAC systems?
Wendy Heger, is tracking this development as a LEED AP and Well AP with her ASHRAE engineers at PAGE. She sees the attention to the current pandemic as an opportunity to make decisions that not only reduce virus spread, but also make our built environment greener and healthier.
Dan Young has provided UV treatment equipment for HVAC systems for years, which is a viable disinfectant strategy. He will have updates regarding viral transmission.
