The Moody Outpatient Clinic is the newest addition to the Parkland Hospital campus. The six-story 484,032 square-foot building encompasses a Breast Health center on the ground floor as well as many other outpatient services and medical office spaces. The Moody Outpatient Clinic was completed in 2021 and received LEED NC Gold certification in 2022. 

The Maple Avenue Garage was built simultaneously and earned a Parksmart Bronze certification.

The tour will be led by members of the sustainability team for the design and construction teams.

After the tour you’re invited to gather at the Crooked Tree Bar (approximately ½ mile from the Moody Outpatient Center) for a networking happy hour.

Parking: Parking is available in the Maple Avenue Garage.

DART: Take the Green or Orange line to the Southwestern Medical District / Parkland station, which is about 800 feet from the building.

There will be a networking Happy Hour after the tour at the Crooked Tree Bar.
