Join the USGBC Texas North Region Council for an exclusive tour of the Wells Fargo Campus in Irving, designed by Corgan. This is a unique opportunity to experience one of the nation's most ambitious sustainable workplace projects.
The 850,000-square-foot campus was designed as the largest net-positive corporate campus in the United States, with a vision to generate more energy on-site than it consumes while supporting the health and well-being of more than 4,000 employees. Through integrated design, renewable energy, and high-performance building strategies, the project demonstrates what's possible in the next generation of sustainable workplaces.
The event will begin with a presentation from the project team, followed by a guided tour highlighting the campus’ sustainability features and net-positive design strategies. Whether you're an architect, engineer, owner, contractor, student, or sustainability professional, this is a great opportunity to learn from an innovative project and connect with the North Texas green building community.”
