Central: Tour - SXSW Center

Join us for an exclusive tour of SXSW Center. Driven by a strong commitment to sustainability, SXSW Center features LEED Gold and Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) certifications and offers a mix of enterprise office spaces and thoughtfully designed spec suites for smaller tenants. The event will begin at the Agile Interiors office (Suite 150), providing a central gathering location where attendees can network before the tour. From there, guests will explore the building’s dynamic lobby entrance, highlighted by large heritage oak trees and over 5,000 square feet of lush rain gardens, before visiting the 8th-floor suite to learn more about the building’s design, sustainability features, and tenant experience. The tour will conclude with a rooftop happy hour, where guests can enjoy drinks, snacks, and skyline views.
